The Cardinal Peewee Basketball teams recently played in the Floyd Peewee Ball Tournament. All teams played extremely hard. Corona's Grade 3-4 Boys Team brought home a Third Place Trophy. Way To Go PeeWee Cardinals.

Reminder, only GoFan electronic tickets will be accepted at the gate.
POWERSCHOOL BREECH UPDATE: PowerSchool is not notifying parents/guardians who have may have been breeched for information. Please check your email that you have on file for PowerSchool with the school and the notification email should have come directly from PowerSchool from an email such as Ps-sis-incident@mail1.csid.com as there are multiple lists going out. They outline the procedures for you to follow as the district is not notified of this on an individual case by case basis. If you have been breeched, you will need to follow the email instructions with PowerSchool to ensure your safety and security of your information.
STATE BASKETBALL TICKET SALES: Tickets will go on sale today for the Girls State Basketball Tournament game v. Logan at Corona for March 7 at 6PM. Tickets can only be bought through GofFns Website and link will be made available later today. Only electronic tickets will be accepted at the gate and no tickets sales will be made at the door the day of the event. This is the NMAA policy and we are obligated to enforce it.
I encourage you to buy early. Once ticket limits are met in GoFans, no more tickets will be available for the game.

Corona Lady Cardinals will host the first round of the State Basketball Tournament on March 7th at 6:00 pm at the Corona Gym. We will be hosting Logan. Come out and support our girls in the first round. WAY TO GO LADY CARDINALS!
DISTRICT BASKETBALL TICKET PRICES are $5.00 per individual. with all start times at 6:00PM for games. The Boys travel to Alamo Navajo on Tuesday, February 25 while the Girls will be hosting the District Final on Friday, February 28, 2025.
District Basketball Game Announcements: The Boys Varsity District Game will be played on Tuesday, February 25 at 6PM at Alamo Navajo. The Girls Basketball team will be hosting the District Championship game on Friday, February 28 at 6PM against a to be determined opponent.
Ticket information will be forthcoming in the next few days for both games.
ATHLETIC REMINDER: Tomorrow's (2/18/25) MS BSKT game at Alamo Navajo has been cancelled due to conflict with number of games for the opponent. The VARSITY Girls will start at 4:30 followed immediately by the boys.

ATHLETIC ANNOUNCMENT: For the Girls and Boys Varsity Games at Hondo for Thursday, February 6, start times have been moved to 5:00PM for the Girls and 6:30 for the Boys.

REMINDER : This Friday, February 7, 2025, is a Virtual Learning Day/Professional Development Day for Staff. Staff will be on campus from 8AM to 12PM for office hours and PD activities for the day. Tuesday's February 4 MS Boys game at HOME v. Alamo Navajo has been cancelled and the first game for Varsity Girls will tip off at 4PM followed by the Boys Varsity at approximately 5:30PM.
Saturday's February 8 MS Boys game at HOME v. Coronado is canceled and the Varsity Girls game will tip off at 1PM followed by the Varsity Boys at approximately 2:30PM.

ATHLETIC UPDATE: The Carrizozo Games scheduled for Tuesday, January 21 have been moved to Wednesday, January 22 at Carrizozo because of a conflict with a Board Meeting in Zozo. Games will start at 4:00PM with JH Boys followed by Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys.
Because of extreme cold temperatures and extreme wind chills, Corona Public Schools will go on a 2 hour delay, January 21, 2025.
