🧡 October is National Bullying Prevention Month

Dear Parents and Families,

October is National Bullying Prevention Month, a time for schools, families, and communities to come together to create a safe and supportive environment for all students. At Corona Public Schools, we believe every student deserves to feel valued, respected, and included — both in school and online.

Bullying can take many forms — physical, verbal, social, or digital — but every act of unkindness has an impact. Together, we can make a difference by promoting kindness, empathy, and open communication. We encourage families to have ongoing conversations with their children about friendship, inclusion, and how to stand up for themselves and others safely.

To support families in these important conversations, we partner with the Cook Center for Human Connection and ParentGuidance.org. These free, confidential resources offer expert advice, parent coaching, and courses on topics such as bullying, anxiety, online safety, and strengthening family relationships.

You can explore helpful tools and parenting resources at ParentGuidance.org.

Let’s work together this month — and every month — to build a school culture where kindness leads and everyone belongs.
